Jonathan trained at Bristol Old Vic Theatre School, graduating in 2001 as the BBC Carleton Hobbs Award winner.  He began his film career by playing the lead role in John Deery’s feature “Conspiracy of Silence”, for which he was nominated best newcomer at the Irish Film and Television Awards 2002. Later that year he made played opposite Glenn Close in Trevor Nunn’s production of “A Streetcar Named Desire” at the National Theatre. Since then he has worked extensively in theatre and television and is currently appearing in Fatal Attraction at the Theatre Royal Haymarket.
